Eison Chiang
Chief mentor & instructor of coding

Eison Chiang graduated from German Swiss International School and Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelors Degree, double majoring in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering and Public Policy. During his time at university, he served as a student teaching assistant for engineering and coding classes, various student leadership positions and completed internships at Forbes 500 companies.

Eison joined Schlumberger shortly after, and held a variety of analytical, operational and management positions, where he was able to deploy his software knowledge while working with data scientists and software engineers. He spent some time in venture capital, before joining an AI Technology startup based in Hong Kong Science Park. During his time there, he realised the lack of software talent and education in Hong Kong, and started Bytewise Coding, which works with high school students to apply coding skills to real work projects.

Eison firmly believes that coding is a critical skill for future generations, and can be applicable to any student, regardless of hobby, interest or career path.
Sanborn Li

Sanborn Li graduated from King George V School and the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelors Degree in Law. While at university, he was active in debating, mooting, and was the founding Vice President of the LSE Social Entrepreneurship Society.

Sanborn began his career as a lawyer with Magic Circle firm Clifford Chance, specialising in capital markets, M&A and syndicated lending. He later on transitioned to the business side, when he served as the Chief Strategy Officer of Qupital, a series B fintech company that specialises in cross-border e-commerce lending. Sanborn is now the co-founder of Reveflo, a startup focusing on digital payments in Hong Kong and Asia.

Since early days, Sanborn has always been passionate about developing young talent and contributing to the wider community. He was the coach of his school’s junior debating team, and is currently a member of a charitable organisation focusing on organising social activities for the disabled. He looks forward to sharing his experience and skill sets with leaders of the future.
Jason Choi

Jason Choi attended La Salle College, Hong Kong and then graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Business Studies with First Honor.

Before embarking on the entrepreneurial journey, Jason worked in Management Consulting, gaining valuable industry experience at McKinsey & Company. He transitioned to entrepreneurship in 2021, founding Chiron, which specializes in Web3 investment and portfolio management. Jason also found the Cointelegraph Consulting business which focused on providing institutional grade analysis on digital assets.

Passionate about growing business, he actively contributes to supporting different young entrepreneur in the Web3 space, aiming to support the startup community in Hong Kong. Looking forward, Jason is committed to nurturing the next generation of startups in Hong Kong.
Ken Li

Ken Li graduated from St. Joseph's College, Hong Kong and later from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics. Ken began his career in the finance sector, where he amassed a wealth of experience working with premier investment banks and financial institutions including UBS, BOCI, Rothschild, and BlackRock.

Driven by a passion for education and mentorship, Ken transitioned from finance to focus on career coaching and educational initiatives. He founded Silverback Education, an organization dedicated to helping students and young professionals navigate the complexities of career planning and development in the competitive global market.

Ken is deeply committed to empowering the next generation, providing them with the tools and insights needed to succeed in their careers. His work integrates real-world financial expertise with strategic career coaching, tailored to the unique paths of aspiring professionals.

Mr. Quentin Tsui graduated from the HKUST with a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering. While at university, he was nominated as an exchange scholar to The University of California, Berkeley, and Tsinghua University. In addition, he recieved summer internships in various global investment banks.

Quentin started his career in the investment banking industry for 7 years, gaining valuable industry experience at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. He is currently a director in the M&A and corporate investment department of Digital Edge DC, focusing on the digital infrastructure investment of Asia Pacific.

Passionate about investment, he also actively co-manage a partner owned event-driven fund focusing on A.I industrial chain of companies. He often shared his investing experience and insights to various mentees around the world.
